What is the order deadline for an upcoming Saturday delivery?
Orders must be processed by 9PM EST of Thursday night for plants to be delivered on Saturday.
When will my plants be delivered?
Plants will be delivered on Saturday by 1pm. An exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
Can I request an early morning delivery?
Yes. Submit your request in the special instructions box during the order process. An additional fee will apply.
Can I request a future delivery date?
Yes. You can request a delivery date up to 4 weeks from your order date during the order process. Submit your request in the special instructions box during the order process.
Can I have plants delivered on a day other then Saturday?
Our standard delivery day is Saturday but anything is possible. Submit your request in the special instructions box during the order process. An additional fee will apply.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. Orders in excess of $2,000.00 may be eligible for a discount. Just ask under our special requests.
Do you offer discounts for charitable or school groups?
Yes. Just ask under our special requests.
What is the minimum order amount?
Our minimum order is $249.99 before taxes and delivery.
What is your delivery area?
Currently we deliver to Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. We will accommodate delivery requests outside of this area if possible. Just ask us.
Do you offer a delivery discount?
Yes. Orders of $350.00 (not including taxes) get a 50% discount on delivery. Orders greater then $450.00 get free delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders CANNOT be canceled after they have been processed by our shipping department or shipped. Requests for cancellation must be made by emailing us. Orders canceled prior to shipping will be charged a $40.00 cancellation fee.
What happens if it is inclement weather on my delivery date?
Every effort will be made to deliver your order regardless of weather conditions. In the event of severe tropical weather (ie: Tropical storms / hurricanes) deliveries may be suspended. All clients shall be contacted in a timely manner with updated delivery information.
Can I make substitutions once I have placed an order?
If you place an order, then realize you would like to substitute a plant, we would be happy to assist you if possible. Contact us as soon as you can and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
Can I have plants delivered to a different address?
Yes. Submit your request in the special instructions box during the order process.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. We charge the current local sales tax as required by law.
Do I get a guarantee when I purchase your plants?
We guarantee that only healthy, vibrant plants will be delivered with your order. As with all living things, new plants sometimes die. In the event that one of your plants dies within 30 days, we will credit you the purchase price or replace it. In the event of replacement we ask that you pay the shipping & handling for your new replacement plant.
What do I do if a plant dies?
While we make every effort to ensure your plants arrive to you in a healthy condition, we do realize that sometimes the unforeseen may occur. To file a replacement claim, please use our plant replacement form and we will respond to you promptly.
