Plant Replacement Application
At Plants4myyard we guarantee that only healthy, vibrant plants will be delivered with your order. As with all living things, new plants sometime die. In the event that one of your plants dies within 30 days, we will credit you the purchase price or replace it. In the event of replacement we ask that you pay the shipping & handling for your new replacement plant.
Please fill out this application so we can process your claim. We want to help you avoid any more losses so please help you please attach a few digital photographs of the planting area (preferably with the dead plant in the ground).
